Sub-Mariner & Deathlok?

I remember seeing posters for these a long time ago on the web from some random convention. Are they still planned at some point or have they been completely scrapped?

The thing is Marvel had a big mallet called Reality knocked on its head after actually going hands-on with movie productions.

There were a lot of movies planned long ago. It seems now Marvel's keeping less movies and getting focused with these few. I say that's a good thing.

Well it's realistic I suppose.
Already some are having doubts how wise it is for them to be releasing two movies a summer, on top of whatever other comic movies from other studios that may be competing with them.

Although movies like Deathlok, Namor, and Iron Fist might be more suitable for other times then the summer.
