Says you. I always crave Ovaltine after a good movie.
Ah... But was it really a good movie flick, OR, did you only think that because of the obviously real subliminal messages which are apparently common place if the OP is to be believed?
Maybe, I mean Inwouldn't be too suprised if they inculded an eyed triangle here. A demon there. Some ancient writings or forgotten language that tranlates to something strange and chilling on a wall somehwere in the Sanctorum. It wouldn't hurt the film.
Just as a reminder to anyone who hasn't heard: subliminal messages don't work. The original research was done by an advertiser, trying to sell his product, said product being "subliminal advertising". Whenever an actual scientist has rigorously tested the idea, the results were a great big bubkiss. As it turns out, images flashed too quickly for the human eye to detect, don't actually have an effect on the mind.
In order for suggestion to work, it has to be an image visible long enough to actually leave an impression. And even then, quick context-less images make crappy advertisements. Manipulation via imagery is certainly possible, but the way you persuade someone works in a manner completely unrelated to subliminal messages.
Well it all depends on what the GA looks at as a subliminal message. Are any of those things "subliminal messages" though? Those are just cool things adding texture in the background. I'm not even sure that the OP even knows what he means when referring to "subliminal messages" in this film.

It's not minding control, but it can change initial perspectives when viewing something especially if the viewer isn't familiar with what he or she is looking at.
Sometimes a person can see an image and interpret it very differently than the next person. Haven't we all see this before?
Pattern lines or curves when it's not really a line or curve, and, plays on words can distract from the central action. Colors can set moods as well.
interesting... what do you crave after a bad movie?Says you. I always crave Ovaltine after a good movie.

I'm still not sure what the hell you mean at all, especially since the main gist of that article is that people see what they want. Are you talking about visually interesting background visuals or what? Bigger question... How would this add to the film in anyway? This feels like a prelude to some conspiracy theory nonsense to me.
