Can we get some new layouts with post counts under the avatars to decrease the space between postings?

Also there's a popup driving people nuts.

Adblocker extension works, you can even turn it on for Chrome in Incognito mode.

On my adblocker if I right click the sidebar there's an adblocker option that lets me block specific "ads" that the blocker might be missing, it lets me mark the sidebar as an ad and remove it.

If you're referring to lack of results showing up, mods/admins have said that the indexing of the forum (to improve search results) may take a while.

As for my suggestion? The colors in the alert or conversation corner in the top right (the mail or flag icon) when you hover over them. Dark blue background, dark red links and then neon green highlight over anything new? *shudders* talk about hard to read.

At the bottom of the page, there is a "thread option", select "sort ascending".

In your profile go to preferences and set "style" to SuperHeroHype liquid, it will get rid of a lot of the empty space.

On the light blue skin theme, when you're on the index page, is there a way to collapse some of the forums you don't want to see like there was on the default red SHH skin, or like we had on the old version? We could click a down arrow (eg if I wanted to hide everything under role playing games) and it would simply minimise it.

Now with the light blue skin, if I want to not see those, I've got to go individually into each forum I don't want to see and add it to the ignore list, which is more tedious, especially if there are many forum sections there I don't want to see (eg the Star Wars section).

The light blue colour scheme, while better on the eyes, does lack some of the functionality of the red SHH or liquid skins. But those 2 skins are not ideal either as they have their share of problems.

This new format is unusable for an iPad. Buttons and links don't respond to being clicked, the sidebar moves to the left-hand side of the page once you start scrolling down and it covers everything, ads everywhere, loading time is much longer than before.

I don't mean to come across as antagonistic towards management, but was this a money issue or something? For the life of me, nothing about this is an improvement. I may have to stop posting here because I am simply incapable of doing so.

Try setting the option on a computer, it should then update the display order on your phone.
Edit : set the option to "descending order", that should do it.

Is it possible to import all the social groups that used to be right at the bottom of the forums before? I know people set up several different ones for a variety of interests. I don't know if people visited them that often, but there was still some activity there. It would be nice if we could get them back here as well. Thanks.

I don't believe we can import them. They work differently on this platform.
The social groups add on is installed so you may be able to rebuild them. I don't think the groups add on is configured yet though.

Ok well no problem. As long as there is that facility here to have something similar. Sometimes it feels like it would be nice to be able to see an old copy of the previous forum just to remember what was there on it.
