This is him at recent MTV Awards 2016 (same time as the newest SS trailer debuted).

Not really bald though.
Well, that's if SS include Lex when he's still early in prison, while his hair is still freshly bald.
It is still possible for latter time (hair growing).
(Jesse's hair as the benchmark )
But what if they already shot Lex's part before reshoots?


If Lex in indeed in SS, then it's a good thing for me since I like his Lex.
What if Lex is not the only one Batfleck visited at the end of BvS?

Yea, I can see him being name-dropped to make it feel more 'in the same universe'.
Cameo is a max, no way he got more any prominent presence in movie about Suicide Squad.
