Time to get ready for a storm. BvS trailer and SS teaser within a week of one another. Talk about killing it.

 

Didn't Ayer joke about finding the footage online recorded on an iPhone in the SDCC talk right before he showed it? They have to realize that it was going to be recorded. The only thing they could do is confiscate all devices as people enter, which would never happen.

Joker's appearance at 2:14 in the trailer was interesting to say the least.

 

Shame it had to be released this way. But I'm glad it's released.

Now this is what I call DARK, despite what people say. Pretty disturbing.

 

It was funny seeing one of the criminals with a Batman mask. One of Joker's criminals, that is. Oh, and Parrack is clearly playing one of the Joker's men.

And it seems the plot will in fact revolve around Joker on one side and Enchantress on the other. Joker is THE bad guy of this film, it seems.

That trailer gave me everything I want. Leto looks like he owns the sh** out of his role as the Joker. Viola is everything I wanted Waller to be. Margot looks creepy as hell and sexy at the same time. Smith, Kinnaman and Courtney all looks super badass.

Couple things. Who is the actor Viola is talking to? He looks familiar. I thought it was Tom Berenger at first, but he looks too young. Also, I think I saw Viola's HTGAWM costar walking through the hallway at one point... the guy who plays Frank. Maybe it was Barinholtz or Parrack though.

 

You know, if movie studios actually released the trailers and sneak peaks a week... a month... two months.... after comic con, i wouldnt have an issue with them getting "upset" over the leaked footage but c'mon!!! Not everyone has the expenses to go, not everyone that goes to SDCC is lucky enough to make it into Hall H. How is it unfair that fans want to get the sneak peak just like everyone else??? Because someone waited in line 12 hrs??? Ive never been to comic con but it is definitely on my bucket list to do. And when that magical day arrives, and i spend $1,200+ for a weekend, the last thing i want is to waste a whole day for a 2:30 trailer. Its just not fair but i get it. I actually love what the studios have done this year by releasing their footage hours after or in this case a few days after. This way, everyone wins - The studio, the fans, the lost souls undecided if they want to watch this movie... it just makes sense. If the studios are willing to release the footage to a couple hundred people in a room, they should be prepared to have a few million knocking at the door trying to catch a glimpse too (no matter how good or bad the quality)

I agree. Like, he says that people waited in line for this. Last time I checked, they waited in line for BvS, Pan, and Man from UNCLE. They need to realize just how much hype is generated by these trailers. It doesn't matter if they didn't intend for people to see it this way, for whatever reason. This builds hype, and it's about time they understand that and get on board.

Sooooooo good, sucks that it leaked yesterday but I'm kinda glad we got it this early.

 

This trailer is so good. The editing and music is like a work or art in itself. So moody and the orchestral bits are sad and tragic. I'm so excited for BvS but I've watched the trailer in both it's leak and HD forms countless times at this point.

 

Loved the trailer. Leto looks crazy as the Joker. Still not crazy about the tattoos on his face, but doesn't matter since I think he'll do great.

Oh and... Harley...

 

Dude looks deranged as ****. I don't recall being disturbed by any Joker portrayal in cartoons/movies before, but Leto is bringing his crazy A game.
