Hmmmm. Take out as in temporarily remove? Or take out as in kill?

If it's a temporary removal, with the possibility that the character returns in a future season, then it would be James Olsen. I don't think his character works for the series or for Kara's character development. I don't understand what his role is at CatCo (art director, photo journalist, print journalist, general something or other), other than dropping the odd bit of Superman or super-villain trivia, he doesn't seem to contribute much to Team Supergirl and I just don't feel the chemistry between James and Kara and I have a hard time genuinely believing that their characters are in love with one another. I also don't really understand what James and Kara even really have in common, other than knowing Superman.

If I had to choose a character to kill, it would probably be Winn. I think there is great potential for Winn, especially if they allow the character to grow and develop and potentially even explore his sexuality (i.e. if he was revealed to be bisexual or pansexual). I'm also really liking Winn's chemistry with Kara now that they've dropped the unrequited love angle. But, I have no interest in seeing (another) James Olsen killed and I definitely wouldn't want to see Hank or Alex killed. I'd be okay with losing Lucy Lane, but I think the potential for that character, as head of the DEO, Superwoman or something else, is probably greater than Winn's potential.

 

This game is very awkward....lol

nice to hear of season 1 set coming soon. Cant wait to see what the extras and what not will be. Also if any one was to be killed or leave after season 1 leave i could see it being lucy as we dont really need her all the time and we likely see some other military character come in and run the deo or jon/alex return at some point and military isnt on them any more. If any one gets killed its far more likely be someone like win as he could be replaced/not needed really.

There are things I would say...BUT I WON'T!

 

He looks weird there, as if the camera was a bit too close, distorting his face.

 

What the heck was wrong with my opinion of cast member leaving or getting killed iff. We know beelanti likes to off folks in his shows. Also what was wrong with saying it be Lucy or winn. They are the more expensible characrers. They are not likely to off James, Jon or alex. But more likely then not it's probably be max lord actor as he was cast in another show. And we could use cadmus and cadmus heads as the human threat in season 2.

 

Whomever dies in Arrow tonight, I hope that character can be used in Supergirl.

 

Hwy would the actor or character appear in sg then lol.

that was a interesting article. But i doubt we will see a earth one kara come out of the blue now. With them in the episode stating there was no star labs, barry, or his crew on sg earth. I can see it be same on arrow/flash earth no sg/superman stuff there. Makes its alot easier and what not in my book that they have different things and different characters exist and not exist on different worlds.

 

IA with the earlier thoughts about Jimmy. I like his character but hate his romance with Kara. Its forced and they dont really have chemistry. he works better as her friend and ally. The girly romantic stuff is the worst part of the show. I get that they do this to humanize her but its a bit much at times. She doesnt need a bf and if she were to get one, Id rather it happen a bit more organically

 

I agree. She had better chemistry with Cat's son and Barry than I see with Jimmy.

 

Doesn't Winn seem more like a traditional Jimmy? Jimmy seems more like Green Lantern or someone else. They could've just made him a new character.

Hank and Livewire look really strange compared to the rest of them. Hank looks more like Cris Carter (the ESPN personality/former NFL player)
