DEAN CAIN RETURNS – When Jeremiah Danvers (guest star Dean Cain) is rescued from Cadmus, Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Kara (Melissa Benoist) are thrilled to have their father back. The Danvers arrange a family dinner to celebrate but things go awry when a suspicious Mon-El (Chris Wood) starts to question Jeremiah about his sudden return. The tension between Kara and Alex over Jeremiah's return could carry over to the next episode, but I'm glad they're getting back on track with the Cadmus arc as Luthor was the only other episode to do so since Medusa.

they preety had to there are may villain they created and it's best the writers onthis show create their own instead of barrow so many. I'm sure they will get ever greater respect and praise for it. the just taking a name at random and changing that character with things that don't fit


like that guy that was supposed to be Guardian.

I don't see James/ Guardian having any reason to be in this episode.

I also see a divide where Kara, Mon-El, and Winn on one side when they discovery the truth about Jeremiah while Alex and maybe her mother Eliza being on the other to defend likely regardless of whether or not he's the real one or clone.

In looking at the synopsis of the next episode and after looking at the trailer for this one, it looks like the tension between Kara and Alex may cause them to look into Cadmus and Jeremiah separately.

He phased through the door when breaking into Max Lord's place, he phased through Kara when fighting her when she was on Red K, and he phased through Metallo to rip out his Kryptonite heart.

i didnt realize how much im looking forward to this ep until i saw the preview. its like a perfect storm of reasons: Dean Cain, Danvers family reunion, Cadmus, all potential twists to this story.....

i hope they dont do the one ep thing and wrap this too quickly just so it would fit the one hour time slot. i want this story arc to play out properly.

Jeremiah is "Cyborg" superman in sort of a nod to the current comic version. Henshaw could be able to copy peoples appearances, he never really did this in the comics that I can remember, but thats what I see coming...

I must admit, the way Alex says to Kara "you're either part of the family or you're not" actually hurt my heart, lol. The Danvers sisters are the one relationship on this show that always gets to me.

OMG, I barely made it through "Falling" last year, I'm not sure I can take that again...I was so uncomfortable during that episode, and I had that same uncomfortable feeling with this trailer.

I am way to invested in this series...LOL It's not healthy.

I mean, last season, I am just a total mess after "Solitude" and then they turn around and just slap me down again with "Falling". I thought that was so rude of the writers....

I've only just watched the previous episode yesterday, so it feels like it's on again so soon.

Anyway, it must be a bit of a surprise to come home and find that his daughter Chyler is a lesbian now. Seems that he accepts her though.

Mon-el is not my favorite, but I think he does have a point. Jeremiah has been with Cadmus for how many years? A lot. Very possible he's a plant. I hope not, but the way Cadmus rolls- I'm sure he's going to lead them right to the DEO. I hope I'm wrong, but my Spidey-sense is telling me that it's too good to be true...
