World Superher fan film

[Superman: Idols]

A fantastic fan film that was (sort of) about Superman came out a couple of years ago, but I can't remember the title.

The focus was on an older reporter, who still used a typewriter, trying to forget the past life as a hero until a threat to the city makes him put the cape on again. It also featured "Agent Wayne", Batman's grandson, who was an FBI agent. Anyone know what I'm talkin' about?

Sortof? I'd agree if the main character was played to be more of a generic superhero that could be anyone, but in this case, there's no way he could have been anyone else but Superman.
