Superhero movies & shows on TV this weekend

Yes, I have a tv guide. But I still miss occurances of superhero TV and movies.

Since I'm going to be sitting around the house, can anyone help me with a superhero show or movie? I don't get any premium chanels. Or the WB. And our smalltown video place went out of business.
