Superman/Batman: Public Enemies Movie

According to this article....... the next two DC Universe Original Animated Movies projects are Green Lantern, and Superman/Batman: Public Enemies.

I know.... I'm so psyched about both of these. I hope they also get other projects out quick as well....... Aquaman, Green Arrow, etc. I think it would even be interesting to see a solo animated Martian Manhunter film. And when I read that Bruce Timm actually wants to do a solo Catwoman film.... I was like omg! I would kill for that. It is totally time for Catwoman to get her own film.

Catwoman seems to be fading out a bit.

Her comic has been cancelled... again!

Dan DiDo wants to 'rest' her! - and I don't think Warner Bros. wants to do much with her. ( Perhaps that Halle Berry crap fest did more damage then we thought).



She's simply becoming a supporting character in batman's comics again. Which I suppose is fine.

^ She'll pick up again. A lot of characters seem to fade out at one point. But she is still a huge character..... both in and out of Batman. And if Timm did afterall give her a solo film..... I know for a fact it would kick a**..... and almost definitely do what he said and "erase the stain of that live-action movie."

Timm has said that The Long Halloween is a very strong possibility and seemed to get excited when talking about it. I think it'll happen. Really the only question about that is "when?". I also, personally, think it would probably end up being the best Batman animated feature if they adapted TLH. I would love it.

Another thing I would love to see that I posted somewhere else on the boards..... a Stop-Motion Batman Film! I would absolutely love it. And I think (if they are interested in it, still).... that would be the best (and possibly only) way to get Tim Burton back to Batman. Could you imagine a stop-motion Batman produced by Burton? It would kick so much a**. And I guarantee u if he did it... he would get Keaton to voice it. Guarantee you. And omg.... if he could get Michelle Pfeiffer to voice Catwoman. Jesus. I would be able to die a happy man.

Stop-motion, huh? Never thought of that. I suppose it could work. I would definately love to see this DC/WB thing branch off into other directions. They've already done anime, I could see them going on to do stop motion and even CGI, and hopefully some more adult stories than they could in the PG13 movies: The Killing Joke, Arkham Asylum, Hellblazer, etc. And maybe some live action stuff that Warner Bros. would never do on the big screen.

Yeah...that would kick ass.
