Help! I've been discussing with a friend of mine about a scene from Superman where he fires a bullet at someone (I thought Lex Luthor), and catches the bullet before it hits him. I'm not sure if it was from a TV series or a movie.

From my memory, it was something about proving himself as being fast etc. after the person he fired the gun at had publicly said he was not fast, strong etc.

Could someone help me with where and when I have seen this? I know I'm not going mad.

The comic scene was from Superman:Birthright

It's from Superman Birthright. He did it to scare the guy who'd provided the guns to those that held up the school. He wanted him to feel what those kids would feel staring down the barrel of a gun.
