Intresting stuff indeed. It varies between epic sci-fi and slapstick romantic oddball comedy. It has Brainiac, Supergirl, time travel, the public turning againt Superman, Mr Mxyzptlk is even in there for some reason...and then it just becomes crazy at the climax.
Overall, it reads like a 1960's Superman comic storyline.
The scene of Supergirl arriving on Brainiac's planet sounds incredible.
