Nrama: Interesting. But is there a threat they come up against?
Jurgens: The largest threat is simply keeping their lives secret. They really have no interest in people knowing who they are, and that has all been complicated by the fact that those around them now know that their world’s Superman has been revealed to be Clark Kent.

DCs preboot books are sounding a lot more interesting then their 52 counterparts.

Yay! I might actually buy this I'm so happy...Then again don't know if I want to give money to DC after the crap they pulled.

*waits for people all over the internet to complain and moan about this too*

I will jump around when they ended the wonder woman/superman garbage on all earths and make it lois/clark again...but yeah thats a first step in the right direction.

I'm actually surprised that Superman and Wonder Woman are still together. I've never had a problem with the idea of them as a couple (though I do believe that Superman and Lois should be endgame), but I thought for sure that they would've broken up by now.

I don't like pre-Nu52 Clark and Lois being in this universe. They lost their friends and families and their lives. I like how they ended their story right before the Nu52 reboot. Married, Superman had a legacy and Superman-family heroes. I'll give this a shot though. It certainly sounds interesting.

Count me in. I like the idea of Superman and Wonder Woman, because they are a couple that make sense (the only good thing in Dark Knight Strikes Back), but at the same time Superman without Lois seems a little odd, and the kid is a great idea.

There's tremendous potential in this, let's hope it lives up to it.

I'm totally up for this. Maybe it ends with them back in the Post-Crisis Pre-N52 verse again.

I was wondering couldn't this Superman help resolve the whole Superman truth story line by having this Superman dress up as either Clark or Superman to disprove Lois's story? Similar to like what Batman use to do in the silver age stories.

I'm dying for this to be in my brain already. This is the first time I've been excited for anything Superman-related since Morrison's Action Comics.

The impression I get from Jurgens' interview is that this Superman is trying to keep as low a profile as possible for the safety of his wife and child. He's still Superman, so he still goes out and helps people, but I think he's trying to do that in ways that generate the least amount of attention.

I get that what I am saying though is that this gives them an out if they ever want to bring "Clark Kent" back to the comics.

Oh, later on? Yeah, that would be a way to do it. I feel like it might be too simplistic for the New 52, though. They seem to like trying to be edgier these days.
