the dvd transfer is one of the worst that i saw in my life. .this grain makes me sick.

I agree. I really dislike the DVD transfer. It's rather sloppy...I watched King Kong in HD and then Superman Returns and it was just...wow, if I was Bryan Singer, I'd be pissed.

Is anyone really surprised the transfer is poor? Despite being the most expensive film to date - supposedly - its like there was little quality control around anything about this film. From the FX, editing, marketing and down yes to the DVD transfer. It makes it all look cheap when money spent-wise it was anything but.

i almost quoted him.but we cant. thats what he wants.

i bet that a lot of movies have a bad transfer. SR is one of them. but the good news is that since they are realising new version every 5 years maybe we will get a better transfer.

or is this the final transfer and this is how it will look on the dvd for the next 30 years?
