Since it's not a re-cut version (with the deleted scenes IN the film), I'm skipping this one. I'll be happy with the Chris Reeve collection.

The second disc will probably have Singer doing what he does best when put on the spotlight, "ah... ummm.... errr.... what?... ahem... wuhhh...." *sniff* "ssss... arrrmmm...."

After which he'll probably show us a scene where he tells Dougherty and Harris, "If you even touch a comic book, I'll sue you for breach of contract! Just watch Days of Our Lives! That's the only source material that I'll allow!"

I am looking forward to the dvd release and would buy no matter what edition comes first. I am not sure we will get the special editions here in India, so I am happy with whatever edition is released. I loved the film and can't wait to own the DVD.

Great news. I'll be picking this up for sure. It'll be a late b-day present to myself Time to see if I can watch Returns as much as I've watched the Chris Reeve films.

Plus dl'ded to watch some of the better scenes anyways.

I'd never drop more than $10 on it, sad to say because I love Supes just not this incarnation/depiction of him.

Singer confirmed it will not include the Krypton sequence, the only innovative piece of the entire movie...
