This Saturday, Cinemax will be showing Superman Returns. I can't wait. It's been a year since I last saw the film. Who here is going to watch?

I don't have it! And I can't find my SR DVD.....I think The Incredible Hulk broke into my house and torched the thing so I'll never find it again.

It's probably a coaster in his home right now.....damn him.

Can't wait till it hits HBO though.

Do you at least have Cinemax HD and an HDTV so you can see it in a somewhat widescreen format? Although I think even Cinemax HD crops down the 2.35:1 frame for a 16:9 screen. Otherwise, you'll probably be getting the fullscreen version on regular Cinemax...blech!

I don't think it's in HD. Cause the promos for it looked fullscreen. Either way, I just can't wait to watch it.

Saw parts of it on Cinemax HD. They cropped up the 2.35:1 frame to 16:9, and the compression was pretty bad...Cinemax doesn't do very well with that...even an upconverted regular DVD still looks better.

Still....not exactly a prime spot for a cable premiere...Sat at 10 instead of Sun at eight or something.

I saw it last night and ot was great. I didn't even remember certain scenes from the move, lol. I loved the movie, and it's repeating right now.

i just saw it again. i love every minute of this movie, and hd looks amazing.
