It was an episode of superman where braniac used nano-bots to mind control bruce wayne! superman had to take the roll of batman to get to the bottom of what happened to bruce wayne and it turns out braniac was responsible! braniac took off in one of wayne aerospace's space ships but superman caught up with him and beat the crap out of him!

That is one of my favorite episodes of Superman: TAS.
