Supernatural Catwoman?

Can someone please explain to me what was the deal with the Michele Pfeifer Catwoman in Batman Returns? Was she supposed to be supernatural and developed some kind of undead powers with the nine lives? I never understood how did she get those powers? Please.....anybody.....tell me what you think.

Simple. She wasn't supernatural or superhuman or had any powers. She was an allegedly killed woman with a broken psychosis.

You just said it. Being able to return from falling numerous times being shot and electrocuted would take a degree of special abilities. She returns from being killed over and over dont you think she had special abilities no one else had? She went home like a zombie raised from the dead. She should have had broken bones to go with that broken psychosis.

it's a batman movie. sometimes, you just have to suspend belief. hell, she should've been DEAD., but it's a comic-book movie. believe the unbelievable.

She could have survived the fall and the gunshots, but the electrocution should have fried her. That scene does give the impression she's supernatural.

To be quite honest... I don't know what i'd classify her as when I watch the movie. The character just is what she is.
