Okay, so I guess we will start with Tuesday. I hate having to do anything during holidays so I am good with that.

I sat around the house today doing pretty much nothing. Oh... I did go to Ralleys and Burger King though. That's good.

Oh, and I had to convince my wife she doesn't have Swine Flu.

Nah I am lying. I did go dove hunting and I only shot one bird:( I got bored, I watched a road runner and I followed a lizard. I thought about shooting the lizard but he looked kewl.

I don't eat dove, it's gross, but the guy's place we went to cleans and eats them so he was like NOM NOM NOM.

I travelled to a small little town by the ocean and spent the day by the water and had a picnic. Then I came back to a cottage and had a bomb fire at the beach. Then I finished it off playing Presidents and ***holes (card game) for a few hours. Getting ready to go to bed now.

Ok guys, Star has been removed as dead weight from the Smackdown tribe and is not contesting the call.

So there is a chance for 4 previously voted out players to make a comeback, PM's will go out shortly.

I don't think I'm a fan of the deadweight clause.

Pretty soon its name will be changed to the Badger Rule :(

    I miss Badger.

And for the sake of my knowing... what clauses a person to be deadweight? What if it's within someone's gameplan to lay low and appear unimportant and useless? If you're not a threat to someone then it could be an interesting play to take. What keeps someone like that from being removed?

I think it takes a majority vote from the tribe and expressed to the person/people running the game. They check to see if that person has contributed to the tribe and make a decision. That's how I think it works.

    Yeah I think you're right.

Still feels like it takes some of the control out off the players. If they want the person gone they should have to vote em off.

I just got back and hope every one has had a good couple of weeks. As I expected I was voted out but I wanted to nontheless thank the organisers as well as the other players I interacted with. Good luck for the rest of the game.

The players still have control. They have the control to majority vote that person out, with the go ahead from the game host, as dead weight. Just not in a traditional tribal council. If a player can't play, another person should be brought in to take their place to make it fair for that tribe. If you make that tribe vote the dead weight off in a tribal council, it basically penalizes them by making them keep someone else that should go instead. If that makes sense. LOL. I'm a bit tired.

The decision was discussed amongst the team, so it was a team consensus that we should go ahead with the move. People can game plan for not doing much, and it is a valid strategy, but if that is what they're doing, then allies would be willing to step in and not give the go ahead for a move like this. That wasn't the case here, and Star didn't even contest it. If her strategy was built around being under the radar, she would have contested.
