I'm making a prediction. Sylar will team up w/ the heroes to take down the Super Bad guy.

Just watch

Oh brother...

Pretty good and no way Sylar turning good. If I was one of the heroes I'll sure as hell wouldn't trust him from the get go. The dude been killing people for a long time.

I'm done with this show if they turn Sylar good.

Okay how about an unlikely team up? Like when Blade joined the blood pack to take down Nomak and the Reapers.

Is that acceptable?

Yeah he coudl be forced to team up with one of the heroes. (imagine Sylar teaming up with Peter :wow: ) but i don't think he'll turn good.

Um... he'll turn less evil. At least that what it seems from the fact he's back at all. He won't really team up with the good guys but he most likely won't go after them.

If anything, Sylar will use THEM to help him take down the superbaddie so he can steal his powers, then whip their sorry behinds, which they will deserve for trusting him.

i don't know about sylar turning good but i think it would be kinda intresting if he was closley related to one of the heroes

god people... don't take it so literally.

How many times, in any serial media, have we seen villains, allie with heroes in order to defeat a greater villain who threatens them all? A zillion, a gazillion times?

I'm sure that Sylar will first end up as an uneasy allie... then he'll begin to look more and more like a good guy, until he does what all villains do, double cross his partners when the coast is finally clear.

kinda like what he already did with mohinder?

That's quite different. He was playing Mohinder 100% the entire time.
There was never an uneasy alliance between the two, since Mohinder didn't know it was Sylar.

They're talking about something like X-Men 2. Sylar might work with the Heroes, who know he's Sylar, but have to work with him anyways.

So in season two they are already rehashing storylines?

Awesome.
exactly my thought :o

Well, yeah...but it's been done over and over before
.

I think Chosen1 meant like how Magneto was "technically" good in X2. I don't hate the idea, but I'm not crazy about it. It worked really well for X-Men, though.

that's precisely it. I don't know what you guys are talking about with Sylar and Mohinder... Sylar was infiltrating to get the list, he was not seeking an alliance against a greater threat.

this happens in every superhero/superspy/super person show. Xmen, Alias, I know it's happened in Superman.

There is always a point where writers take their heroes and team those heroes up with their evil counterparts in order to achieve some sort of greater goal, while allowing for goodies and baddies to freely interact for a little while while not beating eachothers brains out.

How many times has superman been teamed up with Luthor in order to defeat a bigger baddy. I point out the JLU finale. A perfect example.

Why?.I think it would be very interesting to see Sylar teaming up with the heroes to take down the super bad guy. That doesnt mean he turns good.
Maybe they need each other, they have no choice to team up against a bigger menace, like Magneto teaming up with the X Men in X2.
Id love to see that on the show, really. It would work great!:yay:

Exactly. What an awesome plot that would be   .

I don't have a problem with that, but rather the idea that Sylar could ever truly be good after everything he's done.

Right!

The only way the writers could even propose such a change to his character, would be a power where someone talks with the dead and Sylar is haunted by his victims.

Which would be a s**ty storyline.

One thing I think we need to remember. this is 100% speculation. Read the OP, he's just making a guess. There is no rumor to suggest this, so don't get too worked up.

Or he could, you know, find christ or something.

Actually, that might be an interesting way to "turn him good." Just have him find some sort of spiritual fullfillment. Not necessairily Christianity. In fact, Buddhism would make more sense.

Now, I'm not saying that they should do this. I prefer him being a crazy muther ****er. But I'm just saying, if they have to make him good, and I mean absolutely have to, then that might be an interesting way to do it.
