Does anyone know what happened to the proposed trade paperback of all the Lee/Romita newspaper strips for Spider-Man? I'd love to have those collected, that's so many other Spider-Man stories that many have never read.

Not sure of a new edition of the comic strips but here is the first edition of those Lee/Romita strips. Most are in B &W.

I think that's because the daily strips were originally black and white to begin with...the colorized strips only came out on Sundays...

Anyone know if they were planning to colorize the ENTIRE strip?

Since they've been running for years, and still go on today, I'm sure several volumes would be needed to collect them all.

Looks like the "best of" might be it for awhile...

there was a planned hardcover before schedule last sm3...

however plan was cancelled due to production problems...

i hope they finally put on publish again..
