The Dark Knight TDK Joker timeline (based on official photos and the trailer)

Okay, well let's assume for a moment the flipped truck and batpod thing is the final scene. (Heck, if THAT isn't the final scene, what do they have planned? Flipping a semi front ways is just a little filler in the middle? =P )

Anyway, lets say its the final scene, what the heck do you think is happening? Has Joker so completely snapped he wants to be killed by Bats? Or, is he so demented he'd rather prove Batman to not be a hero by taking a life that it's more important to him than survival?

I've just been really wondering about this lately, WHY does he want Batman to hit him?

Its all fight talk dude...just gotta intimidate your enemy. Even if the is playing the psychological game with Batman becuz he knows he doesnt kill its all just cockyness and fight words

Troma- Do you know for a fact that during his press conference Dent says specifically that Joker was captured after the semi-flip. If so, how?
If what you're saying is true then that debunks my entire theory and means that that PA lied to me, which will piss me off major.

The reason I think this sequence is wrong is because the still shots of the Joker laughing hysterically in the semi, look nothing like the shots of the Joker on the street with the gun firing. I think the semi sequence occurs first, then he is captured and jailed. I believe the showdown scenes, 'hit me!' come at a totally different time.

I doubt they would have two different scenes with him on the same street. That's boring. And we know for a fact that the street fight occurs immediately after the truck flip because I for one among many others witness the overturned truck being filmed in a scene where joker is fighting/shooting his rifle. Plus of you look in the trailer you can see it.

umm has anyone noticed that in this photo its obvious that his skin has a white tint to it? Why would the joker leave PART of his makeup on during the assasination scene, just like why wouldnt he dye his hair?

Well that could be a factor in the possibility of being permawhite. If he or someone for that matter is permawhite I`m pretty sure flesh colored makeup wont make u look completley normal...even in B89 they made the jokers skin look a lil pastey when he disguised himself with the flesh color

Hey Matchbox if you`re out there reading this that pic above me was the one I was talking about before- The one where itd be best to debate whether or not his hair is cut for his cop disguise or if not...then what?!!! lol

HOLY CRAP!

ive never seen this before...

are there more like or from this?

ive only ever seen the 3 shots of him put together in mid step/skip/walk

yeah i know thats the only one thats ever discussed in these perma-white debates...but the point is that this photo raises a lot of questions, if not about perma-white stuff then in definitely in regards to the whole 'makeup dripping off throughout the film' trope. obviously we know there is at some point in the film, a scene when the joker has as much makeup on as we can tell from the photo above. what can explain the weird pastiness,? joker in his haste didn't remove the makeup completely? is it there just for the audiences' enjoyment? perhaps we'll only see glimpses of him here? i just dont get it.

Where did this come from? I've never seen this.

Do we have any clean shots of the joker's face in the prologue?

smiling or saying stranger

I have several images of The Joker smiling and saying "stranger" but I don't know if we're allowed to post them.

Looks like he has a tattoo on the inner forearm of his left arm in that pic..

Joker gets ink..?
