So what happens if Mountain Dew falls through and screw this up? Shouldnt we be compensated somehow? Hopefully its something better then a free shirt...

I read the official rules and what not to see if I could find any info on the tix. I believe it states if the dates are cancelled or anything in that matter etc, we receive nothing in return.

Well just wanted to let you guys know based on this debacle I called the theater my tickets say I'm supposed to go to, and the theater said they have no idea if it's happening and to call back tomorrow. This is looking wonderful.

Yeah anyone who won the MTN DEW promotion through email has no info, just that we won and that was it. No time, location nothing.

DreamMaster said he got them through work from his boss or something. He has the time, date and location for his showing.

The fact that the theater didnt have any of that information though is pretty appalling. This is all sorts of messed up.

Just got an Email! Check in is at 6pm the screening is at 7. There is nothing to print out, no real tickets. You just need to go to the TDKR Check In Stand at your theater by 6 with a valid ID.

So is mine, but i think i might go. Mine is in Orland Park, IL which is actually out of Chicago a bit.... Do you think we will get any like extras? Otherwise I might say forget it

I don't think so, other than the bane poster everyone will get at the midnight showing. I'm saying this because i thought it was sponsered by mtn dew/pepsi co whatever but one of my local radio stations were giving away a crap load of tickets to the same screening. So im skipping out and going to a midnight screening only 10 min away

Ok so for TDK the studio rewarded all of us who participated in the Viral marketing by giving away a TON of free advance screenings. We were able to see it the Tuesday before it came out. So is there anything like that for TDKR which doesn't involve a sweepstake or Mountain Dew promotion? How bout giving back to your fans WB?

Ok so for TDK the studio rewarded all of us who participated in the Viral marketing by giving away a TON of free advance screenings. We were able to see it the Tuesday before it came out. So is there anything like that for TDKR which doesn't involve a sweepstake or Mountain Dew promotion? How bout giving back to your fans WB?

Nope. In my opinion WB didnt really try that hard when it came to marketing this thing, but then again, they left all of the marketing to 42 Entertainment for TDK. WB just decided to cop out and do this instead. I thank WB for allowing Nolan to do his thing but Im dissapointed in how the campaign was handled. Also, how much of an advance screening is 7pm on 19th? 5 hours ahead of schedule isnt much. Even the extra secret screenings (through comic book shops/radio stations/etc) that some people got tickets for that is happening right now on the 18th isnt much of an advance. IDK, it is what it is.

Just read the email! The screening's at the IMAX where I already have midnight tickets! It'll probably get out around 10 or so, wonder how far back that'll put me in the midnight line. No way am I complaining though!

Damn that's awesome. Lame.. mine is just a digital. Nice to keep physical ticket for collectors. So any word on any extras we will get. I don't think we will get those Bane IMAX posters. First, it isn't the 12:01, Second it isn't IMAX. It would be awesome tho..

I doubt we will get anything. I remember the pre-screenings for TDK they didnt hand anything out. They made it pretty apparent that the fact that we were seeing the movie days in advanced was enough swag for us. Then again, we arent seeing TDKR days in advance, its more like 5 hours. Maybe we'll get a poster or something.
