Tell 1000 people about Gargoyles.

Well, Disney has decided that not enough copies of Season 2 part 1 were sold to warrant the release of Season 2 part 2. So Greg Weisman, creator of Gargoyles says that if we all tell 1000 people that gargoyles is on DVD, that should be enough to sell enough to get part 2 released. So I'm doing my part. I for one want to see the rest on DVD since that show was the best Disney ever did.

This sucks. Disney's best cartoon ever (in my opinion). They need to release the rest of season 2 (I really don't care about the abomination that was season 3).

Damn you, Disney! Give me Hunter's Moon on DVD! I'm tired of watching the bootleg version.

I still don't see what was so awful about season 3. They moved to self-contained stories instead of the broad arcs they had in season 2 and as a whole it wasn't as good as the previous seasons, but some of the episodes were actually pretty good.

Well, according to the thread views, I just told 56. You don't have to know a lot of people, just say it in a way that reaches a lot.

And yeah, same thing happened with Rhino and GI Joe. got season 1, and season 2 part 1, then they lose the rights so they can't release season 2 part 2. I'd rather spend 80 bucks and get all the eps right now, than spend 40 twice and get half now, half a year later.

That's true. I myself, though a huge fan of the show, still haven't bought any Gargoyles DVDs yet. I just haven't got the money right now.

I really should buy the DVDs. There seems to be a renewed interest in 90s cartoons these days. Nickelodeon has started showing reruns of "Rocko's Modern Life" and "Ren and Stimpy" again. Maybe Disney will do the same wth Gargoyles.

Hardcore fans I'd say probably like 50 to a hundred thousand. Casual fans, probably around a million. Not a huge fanbase since the gathering of gargoyles conventions usually only get a couple hundred attendees.
