The premiere was last night (6/18) here in the US. I thought it was a good opening, but not quite up to last season's. Graham and Jordan's messiah-off was cool, and Jordan's power is pretty damn impressive. Diana's whole deal seems a little bit contrived. Kyle coming back is a bit of a blessing and a curse, since interesting things just seem to inevitably happen around Kyle, but the actor who plays Kyle vaguely annoys me. I'm curious about what the deal is with that Cassie chick. Alana's disappearance feels really forced, which it obviously was by the fact that Karina Lombard didn't come back to the show for this season. Isabelle's Hannibal Lechter impression is a bit lame, but I suppose it's better than her being the uber-villain for another season. Oh, and last but not least: WHERE'S RICHARD?! The actor's name wasn't in the opening credits or anything. Damn it, Richard's got more in him than just an Antichrist daughter subplot! He was my favorite character on the show. :(

oh oh oh did Diana come back from Spain with that guy or dump him?

What happen to Isabell is she in prison or something? I hated her the evil cow hehe.

Well good to here it was a good opening.

Diana does come back from Spain. She doesn't dump the dude (whose name I can't remember), but Maia tells him "she's never coming back here." Whether that was a vision or just Maia being emo, we don't know. Diana went back to Seattle to track down her sister April, who is in possession of promicin and may be taking it.

Isabelle lost her powers in the 3rd-season finale. Tom shot her, so the last we saw of her in that episode she was in the hospital, but apparently she recovered and went to jail for her crimes. The actress' name is in the opening credits now, however, so it looks like she'll be sticking around. Unfortunately.

The season opener was ok, I liked the opening dream for some reason, and I thought it was crazy how fast Graham's power got out of control.Hopefully Isabelle stays in jail for an extended period of time. And as far as the Diana thing goes, I never really cared for that whole, 'I just met you let's go to Spain' storyline in the first place, so hopefully that's over with.

Next weeks episode sounds good

Does anyone else feel doom coming for Diana in the form of her sister with 4400 abilities?

And Tom could have used that TK when going up against that emo teen brigade.

Diana shot her :oldrazz: about a million times as well lol. I liked that final when the Mai stood up and was like your going to lose and Bang in comes Diana with a gun shooting that biatch up lol She annoyed me lol.

Haha, yeah, I think she annoyed everyone. Plus, it wasn't particularly fun to watch Richard and Shawn basically devolve into battered wives around her, whispering platitudes to her and going along with her plans so she wouldn't kill them in their sleep.

Why is everyone hating on Isabell? First of all, she's only a child. She's only about two years old. The reason why she went evil is because she wasn't raised with the ability to choose the right path. That wasn't anyone's fault, it just turned out that way.

Sean tried, but couldn't finish. It's why she latched on to him so quickly. She doesn't have the experience in relationships to see a break up coming. Another reason why she went evil. Also, Sean was a bit of a bastard with that.

Now, Isabell knows more about the future than Maia or anyone else. Not even the shot of whatever-juice could take that away. I wouldn't discount her yet. I hope she comes back and kicks people into shape again. That was fun.

Maybe she can help look for her father. I really liked him. He's been my favorite character since the beginning. When he got his TK I was so happy. It's not everyday that a man gets TK. And his internal struggles were a great thing to see. I know that the actor said that he was coming back this season on the 4400 official site. So, I can't wait.

Kyle looks like he'll finally have a storyline, instead of having ****ty things happen to him and spending the rest of the season off camera.

I hope Sean doesn't get a big ego again. If he does I seriously hope that Isbell will be right there chopping him down. God, it was so funny watching him get powned by her again and again.

Oh and Isabell's beef against the future people should be very interesting.

I didn't like Isabelle cause in that one little scene she had in season two...

you could figure out her character.

So that Cassie girl totally has something to do with Kyle's power that he doesn't realized he's developed. The girl basically seems to be a physical manifestation of his inner voice. She knows all about him, not because she's read up on him, but because she IS him.

Where have I seen that actress who plays the new boss at NTEC before? She looks almost EXACTLY like Ali Larter.

As for Alana...I've never trusted her. Something tells me she's missing because she doesn't want to be found.

And finally...I miss Lilly :(

well... that's not really a power is it. it's schizophrenia.

dude, I don't know what show you've been watching, but Shawn has never had an ego half as big as that b!tch's. which I guess is part of why people hated her so much.

that, and the fact that she made pretty much everybody her b!tch. which is why it was so awesome when Jordan returned, cause he wasn't willing to take any s#!t from her.

oh, and let's not forget the icky "Shawn doing it with a newborn" part. actually, let's just forget about it. it's better that way.

well... that's not really a power is it. it's schizophrenia.

I realize that, which is why I said that I believe it has something to do with his power. Perhaps that he can actually manifest his inner voice into an actual physical person who others could see, or something.

That might lead to some... odd... avenues. Imagine falling in love with and marrying your inner voice.

I tried watching this show for the first time sunday, and am completely lost. :csad:

Well it IS the 4th season of a serial drama. lol

Do yourself a huge favor and go grab the 1st season DVD. This show is awesome!

Yeah, and unlike most other sci fi TV series, things actually change from season to season on The 4400. Each season so far has had its own unique feel and themes.

Agreed, I watched season one earlier this year and it making it reminded me why I love this show still, just a great first season and the ending was so good and every season has a great final, season 3 was great

im liking the premiere, but i liked the show way better in seasons 1&2...

im not sure i CARE why they have powers at this point, and there's WAY less mocking of Scientology.

Booooooooo!

I hope Cassie isn't just the whole power Kyle has... or else they need to have Tom get that TK Collier saw in his dream.

i liked cassie, we all guessed right about who.er what she is. I really want to see shawns brother take the "shot" and die..he's just a prick
