The precursor to the famed Oscars begins tonight at 8/7c, hosted by Ricky Gervais. Whoever takes it may very well, in typical fashion, be a lock for the Academy this year. Who will win? Who will go home pissed? Find out!

This is an international body and they love certain types of films. I think that either The Kings Speech or Inception are winning for best drama and that it will mean nothing come Oscar time. Oscars are going to choose whatever they are going to choose regardless. One things forsure I would be shocked if the Globes made a film like The Social Network win.

Gervais isn't holding back this year. Bravo.

Bale deserved it. Also he looks damn sexy with that long hair.

Congrats to Bale that was the role of his career and well deserved.

Bale is absolutely right. Its much harder to play the quiet character. And it rarely gets noticed.

Don't play the music on Batman when he's not done talking....lol.

And yeah, I loved RG's jokes at the begining of the show. Funny and dead on.

haha, you could see Tom Hanks saying "absolutely fantastic" about Carlos.

Is it just me or are they starting to play off people earlier than normal? And louder?

Congrats to Chris. I didn't think he had that great of a shot with who he was up against, but he is easily one of the breakout stars of that show, and if anything, the Globes love rewarding up and coming talent.

^Me too Spidey...

Good job, Bale.
I'm not trying to be cool and hate on it because it gets ratings, I just think that it's a vapid, poorly directed, poorly written pathetic excuse for a T.V show.

LMAO, Buscemi making fun of how quickly they're running people off-stage.

Did anyone catch the exchange between Bale and Andrew Garfield? It was nice.
