I love that poster above I wish it was official!

Now I want a shot of Batman standing in the rain with the cape bellowing in the breeze in this movie.

Here is a question (and hypothetically speaking), If John Blake does in fact turn into Azrael at the end of TDKR, would you guys go watch a Azrael spinoff movie directed by Christopher Nolan starring Joseph Gordan Levitt?

No.

TDKR is the end.

If Anne's Catwoman can't get a follow up film nobody else should. :o

First Nolan movie that I will skip.

It really wouldn't be the Azrael we know because there's no Order of St.Dumas training and bio-chemistry there. I think Nightwing might be a better iteration of the next one to pick up the mantle. But that's not going to happen in this movie. As close as we might get is him having a code name on the radio. I could see his handle being Nightwing and maybe that kid he talks to could be Robin. A nod to the books. But not have them actually putting on costumes or anything like that.

It would be a dumb idea period. Not even Nolan could convince me otherwise.

Why would that be a thing?

Any film in the same universe after this epic conclusion wouldn't feel right, it would feel tacked on. For all intents and purposes this is the end. If Nolan has anything left to say about the characters or what is going to happen in the future, he'll put it in here.

Well, they could just label it as the more epic-er conclusion.

Aside from when Goyer directs a Catwoman spin-off with Hathaway and Leo DiCaprio as Roman Sionis. :o
