The retro/classy sort of way they had Gwen dress in the first movie made me think that if she was going to die she'd be wearing what she was in the comics or close to it.

i'm not pissed that gwen may die in tasm2, i am however annoyed that they would shoot this in public.

basically, knowing going in that she dies is pretty terrible.

this is of course assuming they are filming "that scene"

Those certianly look like a good modern respresentation of her clothes.

Has Cooper been spotted? I'm sorry but after IM3, I'm dying for something they can get right from the comics.

IF anything, this could be a completely different scene or they could be shooting on location for references. I doubt they would go the stunt route and actually shoot the fall in public. Most likely will be filmed in studio.

But I will be pleased if they decide to off Gwen in this one. She could still return in the form of dreams or flashbacks.

@mayo lol when i first read dent's post i didn't know the context, i thought he was poking fun at wesman.

that said, it is somewhat upsetting that they're filming this* in public (assuming "this" = the death of gwen)

I would applaud them if they did this outside. Bit more practical, to me at least.

i think it is more the fact that the cat is out of the bag (via the picture of gwen and what's she is wearing) than the idea of them filming the fall in public.

i doubt anyone thinks they wouldn't do that in studio.

But if Gwen does die in this movie...and MJ gets a fuller role with Peter mourning/trying to move on in the third movie, segments of Spider-Man: Blue would be very poignant and beautiful. Especially that ending. "Say hello for me and - tell Gwen I miss her too".

Damn it really looks exactly like the an updated outfit from the comics.

From the looks of it this takes place the same day as when Gwen meets MJ. Events:

Gwen goes to Peter's house looking for him -> MJ tells her he isn't there -> is going across the bridge when something happens (you can tell by how she's looking out at something from the pics)
