Considering that we are getting photos (and videos as of Day 9) every day, why NOT have a discussion thread for photos and videos?

So, here are the photos and videos tweeted by Marc Webb so far:

would be cool every 9 days get a new part of the costume, until they revel it fully

SO happy with the lenses. :hrt: :applaud

Drooling with anticipation of seeing them on the actual costume.

Love the lenses. Now that the cat's out of the bag for the lenses. I first saw the final concept of the costume back in December when I was doing an intern at Sony Imageworks for conceptual designs. Now I can only talk about the lenses, but I saw that they clearly used ultimate as an example, and trust me, the lenses are little bigger then what you think. The ultimate/classic hybrid makes me splooge.

I know you probably can't say, but **** it I'll ask anyway, is the design you saw a lot different from the suit in the first movie or is it still pretty much the same suit with some tweaks?

Cant answer chap.

Different : No

The Same : No

Think about it.

Yeah I figured.

Oh well, we'll get our look at the suit soon.

...Are you at least allowed to say whether or not you liked it?
[blackout]I'm so desperate man oh god I'm like a junkie without any crack[/blackout]

Awesome. You just got me really pumped. The Ultimate Spider-Man suit is really quite gorgeous. It's hardly any different than the classic suit, but the tiny changes (the eyes, the back spider) are really quite nice looking. You, sir, have just upped my excitement. Bravo.

+1 :woot:

I liked the TASM suit but I'm looking forward to what they offer in the sequel.

I really think we're going to see Peter's parents in the plane crash, too.

maybe the FBI is questioning Peter Parker about the Venom symbiote that he stole out of Locker 14 in Oscorp

I don't wanna be too optimistic yet, but those might actually be SHIELD-agents. Of course they wouldn't use people we've already seen since I guess it would be a surprise

So Dan Mindel's the DP...which explains why they're shooting in 35 mm. Probably persuaded Webb into shooting it with film. How do you guys imagine the film will look this time around?

So this film isn't shot in 3D? in that case I think they'll modify the costume texture less shiny and less rubbery, but still keeping the texture similar

At the moment, it seems like it's still being shot on film. Who knows, maybe they'll use to RED cameras for certain scenes. Maybe more action oriented scenes.

still, the reason the costume was made so shiny and rubbery was for the RED 3D cameras, and if it's not shot 3D then I think they'll definitely make a similar but less shiny texture for the costume, which would be a welcome change
