Beenox said there will be multiple different crimes and ones that extend beyond the initial crime. They only had three in ASM. How many and what types do you think they've included here? Which ones would you want to see implemented?

Gosh I don't have an exact number, 15 maybe?

I like that it'll be never ending. It sucked that you could complete a limited set of crimes in TASM1. 3 crimes and one you can complete and never see again.

SM2 had around 15 random pop ups. Everything from purse snatching, gang war, rooftop robbery, ambush, getaway car, boat crisis, balloon kid, etc.

I'm happy about the 'never-ending' crime spree. Should make the open world more fun even after completing the game.

I would even be fine with just 4 or 5 different crimes as long as I don't need to watch a loading screen to jump into them. The car chases made me want to choke someone.

Tell me about it. They weren't even that long either.

BeanOx is trying to sabotage Beenox by and I'm totally okay with it. :D

TBH the different types of crimes is cool but if the gameplay isn't fun and they are all repetitive than it won't matter.

Maybe it has already been posted, but hey, it's cool. It's from a developer of Beenox, in the comments of the PS Blog preview of TASM 2 (red comments are from him):

It’s hard to compare, but our web swinging system is different than in the previous game. You now need to use the right or left trigger to swing right or left, plus you can boost with the opposite trigger (if you swing with the right trigger and then press the left trigger your will gain momentum). If you release early, you will go further, if you release late, you will go higher. Also, since the web attach to structures, depending on how far you are on the left or the right of the attach point, your turn will be sharp or not.
There will be more unlockbable suits in this game than in the previous one. All costumes haves perks and can be upgraded.
Perks? What does that mean? Is it like the Neversoft Spider-Man game?
Yes, there will be constant random side activities! That way, you will be able to max out the perks of all your suits.
So, each costume has different abilities?

That's a good point.

They said the combat has been improved so let's hope it has more things we can do.

@Spiderman95

Yeah I like variety but good gameplay makes it more fun. I didn't think ASM's combat was that bad but it become a little to automated. I also liked how we could upgrade the skills but it never really felt like the upgrades DID anything or added anything unique. And tbh upgrading happened way to frequently. I would rather see upgrades for new combos(non automated) that are more spiderlike and FUN looking and FUN TO DO. I would love to also see upgrades for different types of webbing(impact, web dome, web blast, web net), and also upgrades to do complicated tricks etc. Shattered Dimensions had a lot of upgrades but I felt like it was a little too much at times. I also think it would be really fun if we could upgrade spiderman's tech or costume to fit our own play style.

I believe in Beenox but I'm still not expecting too much. I hope to be pleasantly surprised.

We need gameplay now!

Yeah! We won't leak it out to the rest of the internet, we pinky promise!

I like the Arkham fighting and swinging from the first game. I hope it isn't drastically changed. I thought they were onto something.

So far we have Kraven, Electro, and Kingpin. They're sticking to major classic villains this time. No giant robots.

He was in the description they released back when they first announced the game.
