The absolute perfect trailer to go in front of The Avengers. The action in this movie looks incredible and the webswinging is amazing. He moves so fast and he is so agile its ridiculous. I can't wait for this movie.

From the interview, for those worried about the running time.

Question: There’s a rumored running time. Has a final cut been locked?

Marc Webb: Yeah, it’s right around two hours, so I don’t know… There was something on some website that said an hour and thirty minutes or something like that?

Question: Yeah.

Marc Webb: No. (Laughs) Every once in a while it’s really interesting, because you hear people talk about information that gets out and you’re like “Oh yeah, I’m sure there’s some truth to it,” but sometimes things come up and you’re like “What are you talking about?” That’s one of those things. I don’t know where that came from. So it’s not, and the cut is pretty much locked, we are just doing a lot of visual effects.

Good trailer. Spidey looks so much better in motion than he does in stills. Would've been nice to see more Lizard, but I guess they're saving all that for the film which is fine.

Amazing trailer. The one thing that I do not like though is it seems like EVERYONE finds out Peter is Spiderman. For sure Gwen knows. Seems like her dad finds out. Dr. Connors and Ratha appear to know. I am guessing the guy who is talking to Connors in jail knows. His loved ones will be in danger 24/7 if this is true.
