So the goblin serum kept him from being blown to bits?
Pretty much
So the goblin serum kept him from being blown to bits?
Thats post is as idiotic as its get.The top 4 is when he is still discovering his powers and is totally surprised with himself.TOTALLY believable, unlike jumping up and sticking to the subway train roof
The last 4 are beleivable aswell, unlike what we have seen in the trailers when he just takes of the mask for the sake of it.
I am sick of people making fun of the Riami trilogy, its the best CB trilogy to date and if TASM is lucky it can be half as good as the first movie
And yes I dont nitpick but the goal post scene is ridiculous, the CGI doesnt look right there, they overdid it aswell, just a simple catch without looking to stop the ball from hitting Gwen would have been enough and it would have shown his spidersense aswell
Can we just agree that are good movies, any kind of movie has it´s silly moments and i bet that TASM will get them too (football scene as evidence)
Dude, relax lol. People are going to have different opinions, that's why we're all here. Those three movies aren't without their flaws, hell, no movie is, even the Godfather. As far as the trailers have shown for this movie, in what scene do you see his mask off just for the sake of it? You only have context for one scene with the kid on the bridge and there is a good reason for why he took his mask off there. Now, whether you agree with that is something different entirely, but the reasoning is pretty obvious and I wouldn't call it a no good one. Him being on the subway car and jumping up, how do you know he's not discovering his powers there as well? In a very similar way to how he jumped out of the way of a car in Amazing Fantasy 15, he was startled, he reacted and ended up on a roof.
This is awesome! t:
The best CB trilogy? It has no competition at this point and after the TDKR it will be a very distant second.
ASM would have to suck pretty hard to be half as good as Spider-man 1.
SM3 is half as good as SM1.
You dont get my point,I have no problem with this movie so far.Its just ridiculous when people Bash the previous version when almost exactly the same thing is happening in the new movie
The jumping the subway roof,I loved the scene. Its absolutely necessary to show something outrageous when the kid discovers his powers.Webb did a good job there.Riami did the exact same thing except with a less outrageous version of him beating up flash. But guess what, people are bashing it for the sake of it.Again not nitpicking but isnt it more ridiculous to see a tennager lauch a footballing missle and bent a post that seeing him do a backflip(a lot of teenagers can do that) But no,people will bash the old movie to make the new one look better
As for the mask-taking-off-scenes,I've no problem with the kid scene, apart from that there and many scenes from the trailers when he is without the mask-On the Bridge,The OSCORP tower,in the sewers,In front of the police etc.Again they may look perfectly normal context when we see the movie but that doesnt mean people should bash unmaskings in the older movies which by the way seem more believable than what we see from the trailers
Fair enough, I get your point. Well, the thing is, some people just didn't like those movies period, so with everything in life, people will use whatever ammo they can to go against something they don't like even if something they do like is doing the same thing..it's human nature lol. I get your point completely though, you just gotta remember that not everyone is fond of the first trilogy, as with any movie, it will have it's fan and detractors. I guess in the context of those three movies, they disagreed with the reasonings for things thus didn't like them..who knows
I am pretty sure they had no problems with those particular scenes untill the trailers of TASM start coming out
[F.) Showing his face to 80+ people in a crowded train]
I agree it was a bit ridiculous, but stopping the train needs immense power and stamina and they needed to showcase his expressions, which is why he had to be unmasked then,A wise decision by the movie makers
Yes, we needed THIS face showcased... Wise decision...
Definitely..Like Sonny "beating up" Carlo in the Godfather..absolutely the fakest thing ever and so obvious. still my favorite movie of all time and still a classic
I am pretty sure they had no problems with those particular scenes untill the trailers of TASM start coming out
Okay, I'm going to be fairly direct here but your bias is showing through very much in your last few posts. If ASM is lucky it'll be half as good as SM1? Well okay dude. I suppose you're fairly unimpressed with everything you've seen to make a statement like that. By the way, that supposed "idiotic post" that you criticized was, according to the poster, to show how stupid these all of these complaints are, especially when the previous movies had the same kind of scenes, yet they didn't ruin the movie. Yet you start going on a defensive rant. I'm pretty sure people did have complaints with those particulars before trailers ASM started coming out, they probably didn't nitpick and complain for all to read about like most people have been complaining about this film for the last two years.
lololololololor..
lolololololol
No bias at all,the half-as-good thingy was pretty over the top but SM1 was really an excellent movie.Looking forward to this movie totally
Not the same kind of scenes,in the previous movie Peter was still discovering his powers,so showing them in public accidently is beleivable,While he was clearly aware of his powers in the goal post scene and that was pretty irresponsible.I hope you see the point
And the whole canteen scene was loved by kids.Given a chance nobody would like it take it out.Cant say the same for the goal post scene as yet
You guys are turning into the new batboards. Seriously.
lol what why?
Cause we keep acting like..stupids.
