Could be filming with supporting cast.
ok, they're almost done with filming
Teaser trailer and a site update Sony?
©KAW;20346865 said:I'd settle for a synopsis of the film, that includes the names Connors and The Lizard.
So you'd settle for:
"The Amazing Spider-Man is a Spider-man movie where Spider-Man acts like Spider-Man. In the comics, his friend Doctor Connors is The Lizard. Crazy, right?"
Great. Thanks, dude!I double checked the signs, they're all over the place by my office, so they're filming tomorrow from 11am-4am between Broadway and Park Ave South from Union Square til about 21st/22nd street I think (I didn't walk up as I was headed downtown). Seems like its a pretty big area they're using for whatever they will be shooting. I'll keep you guys updated tomorrow and will have my camera on me.

You talked just a little bit about it in the book, and what youre planning for it, and how youre going to use Muay Thai and parkour. Are you done with that yet?
Vic Armstrong: I literally finished on Friday, and my son finished yesterday and my brother finishes next Friday. When I finished writing about it, thats when the book was just coming out. Thats as far as I got. Robert wanted to bring it up to date as far as we could. Were just finishing up on Spider-Man, but its exceeded all our expectations. Theres some great stuff on YouTube of Spider-Man flying down this overpass on Twelfth Avenue, and you see him flying for real. The body language is so much different from CG Spider-Man. Its just fantastic. And we got great stunt people there who do parkour, who do skateboarding, and they were teaching Andrew Garfield certain elements of that. And certain elements you wouldnt miss him doing. You know, $200 million is resting on his shoulders, so it would be totally impractical to put him in every situation but hes in as many situations as well allow him to be. And hes fantastic. I really think that its a They hate to call it a reboot, but its sort of reboot
Crave Online: Well, it is.
Vic Armstrong: I hope it has as much realism as Mission: Impossible III did. Because I think that was the best of the Mission: Impossibles
Crave Online: I totally agree.
Vic Armstrong: And I think its as grounded in reality as that is, but with the same flare and surrealness that Spider-Man brings to it. Hes flying on spiderwebs and climbing on buildings, you know? So I think its going be a great, great mixture of real and surreal.
Found this on Vic Armstrong's blog. It includes a picture of the Spider-Man stunt team in NY, with the stuntman in the Spider-Man suit posing for a picture with the rest of the group.

Also, this interview with him pretty much confirms the budget is around $200 MILLION.

Isn't it a bit early to be demanding a teaser? We're still a year away from release. I'd be surprised if we got an actual teaser trailer before November. Best odds are for the SDCC attendes to see some scenes and that's it.
