While I agree with you 100%, you sorta jumped the gun by saying it was a Spider-Man game.

EDIT: nevermind. I forgot that Activision only owns X-Men and Spider-Man. And I highly, highly, HIGHLY doubt that it's an X-Men game.

Yeah probably the Amazing Spider-Man. Man, Activision really doesn't want Edge of Time to sell do they? Why would they announce a new Spidey game (if this is it) before EoT is even released?

They aren't promoting Edge of Time AT ALL. The game comes out in 2 weeks and I barely even noticed, with SMSD I couldn't wait because they showed us so much cool stuff.

I'm hoping that surprise reveal is MUA3. I need a game with a big roster to hype after UMvC3 & SFxTekken come out.

I doubt it. Activision is only announcing ONE 2012 Marvel game. I think ASM fits that category. Plus, this will be after EOT has come out, so one Spidey game will be out of the way.

Although, it could possibly be MUA3. Things are very vague at this point.

Acti still owns the rights to MUA as well, which pretty much covers the field.

An "MUA3" which is actually an Avengers tie-in game seems just as likely as ASM (if not more so), especially since it was just announced that Marvel was shopping the rights for Avengers around now that THQ lost the license.

MUA3 - Secret Wars/Infinity Gauntlet amalgam, with Thanos and Galactus being the big bads.

I want free roam back. And not some dead, lifeless city like in WOS. I want a living, breathing New York City, complete with weather patterns and an abundance of civilians and vehicles. Not only that, but I actually want a game that I keep coming back to.
