It seems that only Pena has been featured in any of the trailers/TV spots as I've only seen Dastmalchian in a couple background shots and can't really recall TI being in anything so far.
I'm definitely glad they brought them back. They didn't have large roles (except for Pena) [BLACKOUT]but they did save the heroes there at the end.[/BLACKOUT]
I think Pena had a bigger role in this than the first one, but the other two took more of a backseat this time. I liked Pena in the first one, but I loved him here.
They could have easily been annoying in both movie but they are far from that. I love these three they have great chemistry. Luis is the best man in the chair side kick.
Loved them.
And not surprisingly Luis brought the biggest laughs.
The movie was a bit bloated with characters and new exposition, so they didn't get much.
But the idea of these guys very human dramma trying to keep a legit business going, fit in, while balancing their loyalty to Scott(Ant team) and the chaos that brings into their world, is great.
Pym begrudgingly having to come to their door and confronted with the peti fancy-snacks drama .
Rather than the Three Stooges, I'm kind of starting to see them being set up for the 3rd movie as the equivalent of the Three OZ companions.
