Can someone fill me in on where Whedon is going to be in all this? I heard a rumor about the Russos taking over for him, is that legit? Why wouldn't Joss want to continue what he started?

The Russos are excellent and they'd make a fine replacement, but I love Joss and I'd rather he finish the Avengers arc.

The Russos are excellent and they'd make a fine replacement, but I love Joss and I'd rather he finish the Avengers arc.

Well I think Whedon will do IW part I & II. Phase 3 is very long and it'll give him some time off before he comes back to finish what he started. I wouldn't mind the Russo's doing it but I'd rather Whedon tbh.

I really hope that marvel can sign/convince both Evans and Hemsworth to add one more picture to their current contract so that they can appear in both infinity war films.

Honestly, if they were able to get Rdj to appear in civil war, which I thought was impossible since I figured that rdj wanted a2 and a3 to be his last marvel films, then it can't be that difficult to get them on board. Plus, if things really go down badly for Tony in the next two films that he's in, then I can't see that many heroes wanting to follow his lead in the first part of a3 without steve being there to lead.
