I completely agree on that part. I think it may have been wiser to wait with a teaser until they HAVE something to show us, that might look better.
Instead they gave us this teaser almost a year before this film is finished, and didn't care how bad it looked what they gave us.
Honestly, as much as I don't like the new costumes, it's this mentality of "hum, yeah, whatever, doesn't look great but look at this!" that really makes me worry, because it could turn out to be the general mentality of those people involved in making this movie.

Of course, as I said, I could be totally wrong. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes I am.

Now let me continue to fear the worst until I see something that proves me wrong OR looks so f***ing great hat I forget all my fears and go back in total hype mode.

and the reason for that are those godawful costumes. It's like the first green lantern trailer, you could see how they went into the completly wrong direction right into a disaster.
Don't get me wrong, maybe they are able to fix the problems, maybee they reshoot this part, maybe this movie is not the cheesfest it looks like right now. But there is no indication for that.
Almost a year ago I had a hunch TDKR would be a terrible, terrible movie. And look where we are now: We have a movie about BANE. B A N E !!!! And the Lazaraus Pit probably too. So it turned out that I was right.

I actually really like Thor's costume variant. We know he's still going to have the chainmail, from all the concept art, both the licesnsing poster and the recent poster just released. I think they're giving him the sleeveless look for in the quieter, talking scenes, which I think is a great move. Not only does it show of Hemsworths guns and make Thor look a lot more classic 616, but in 'Thor' when he was just hanging around Asgard, sometimes he looked too stiff and awkward, walking around in 'relaxed mode' whilst so heavily armored. Like has been mentioned, the only thing I wasn't as happy about was the beard. What it looks like they've done is decided not to die his eyebrows or beard, to make it look more natural, which I understand, it's just gonna be one of those changes to adapt to, like Wolverines hair changing from badass to bouffant in X1 and 2.

sorry but Bane, the lazarus pit, Talia al'Ghul... those are things I'm really not interested in. That's just not my taste, when it comes to Batman stories or characters. And so I've lost all interest in this movie when Bane was announced and I still think that movie will suffer because of the lack of a more interesting villain. That has nothing to do with trolling, it's just reasonable and...

Wait, I am confused.. people think the suits looks bad? When the first pics of them were released everyone liked it, not people dislike them? How do they look cheap? They look like uniforms to me, Thor looks just like he did in his own movie without sleeves. Cap has a mask that clearly can be pulled back, and people are complaining? Also whats the big deal about the teaser on the front page? If you saw Cap then you saw the teaser anyway, it did just what it should have an teased. If you want awesome action or blow away scenes, go watch Iron Man, Thor, Cap, and Hulk in there own films. This teaser is clearly only here to say were putting these bad ass mother******s together in one big movie.

Its like if I wore a long sleeve shirt with a star on it that was %100 cotton, then I wore a short sleeve shirt with a different star on it that was also %100 cotton.

Maybe it's just me, but these costumes don't look any "cheaper" than what we've seen in Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, or Captain America: The First Avenger.

That is not nearly what I said. In fact, it's the exact opposite of what I said. I specifically stated that I was worried because they showed unaltered material although this material doesn't look good. please reread my post before using platitudes.
listen, I know I'm pissing on your parade here and that's not really my intention. I was stating worries I have, while you all celebrated the HD pics and the HD parts of the teaser. I hate it when something happens that I was really hyped for and then some idiot shows up who tells everyone he doesn't like it.
I was probably more often in your position than I was in my current.
But this time I just didn't like what I saw and I'll worry for this movie until I see stuff that looks better than those few seconds of unaltered material.

I thought her IronMan 2 look in hair length and costume looked better.. i'm also kinda annoyed she doesn't have her classic widow symbol on her belt... It sort of looks like the hairstylist has no idea what they're doing with her hair. (and fyi while i did like her hair better in ironman 2, i didn't like it when they curled it for her awesome infiltration scene
