I mentioned Thor flying Cap to safety, which was mentioned in the description in the same part where it mentions Hulk catching a falling Iron Man. Don't know where you got the strike thing from.

Also, if Fox don't have an F4
movie seriously in production, the
rights will be very close to reverting
to Marvel/Disney, since it's been
4 years since they used the
brand.

There is something about the hulk saying strike in the description. Probably means smash though

No. I actually saw a video interview with Tom Rothman, the head of FOX, talking about his plans for and X:FC sequel, Daredevil and the FF. It was on MTV, if I remember correctly. Quotes from the interview:

While we already know that David Slade is hard at work on Daredevil, Rothman confirmed that they still hold the rights to the Fantastic Four and the studio are prioritising both of those projects. "'Daredevil' is still with David Slade. It's in development now. We're working on it and 'Fantastic Four.'" He added: "I think for all of us, the bar has been raised, so we've got to aim high now. Marvel's done a terrific job with their films. Where our Marvel movies are concerned or other movies like that. It's like what we had with 'Planet of the Apes' this summer. I think it's important for us to really aim high and deliver an A-level experience to the audience."

Assuming Rothman is on the up and up, and can refrain from sticking his oar in as he has in the past, I would still like Marvel to get them both back.

Does anyone know the time limits on these perpetuity deals? Been 6 years since Elektra, 4 since FF2.
