Well, like I said, he might already exist in the Marvel Movie Universe at this current point in the movie universe timeline, we the real world moviegoers just haven't seen him in action yet. We don't need an origin story for every character in the Marvel movie Universe you know. How about the characters already being there and then in flashback we get how they came to be?

I was just thinking of this, but what if Ultron is the threat that Loki has unleashed in the Avengers?

Ultron's origin is pretty badass. It could make for an awesome Avengers 2. You should look him up.

Same here. If they had alluded to him doing mysterious things to make the viewing audience suspect that he wasn't what he seemed all the way since the beginning then the viewing audience wouldn't be thrown for a loop as it would look like something Marvel felt like throwing in from left field.

I agree. There didn't seem to be anything 'off' about Coulson in the other movies, so a twist like that would feel tacked on - at least on paper.

Well there's really no need to combine Vision and Jocasta in that case. Just skip Vision and use Jocasta.

They've been so careful with the representation of their characters so far, I can't believe they'd mess with something as big as Ultron's creation to simply have him as a surprise character. He needs Hank to be involved. Seriously, check it out. The character's origin is great.

There's a way but I don't think Marvel would do that. They seem to care about how a character is introduced and Janet is essential to Pym's character.

And I think Ultron is too good of a villain to just randomly introduce. Just like Loki in this movie, we know his backstory so seeing him adds a lot more weight to the story.

Tbh, not all the midnight screenings these days are that much fun. Defenitely not as much fun as they used to be, lol.

Actually, we also have 18 month old son. Babysitters usually aren't a problem, but getting one for a midnight show is pretty tough. We usually just hit the movie on Friday evening.

Absolutely.
Vision is great, and a must-add to future Avengers, but I'd hate like hell to see him introduced non-canonically before his creator(s), Ultron and Pym.

I agree, I don't want Vision's origin butchered by having him be some Shield creation, or whatever, currently in human disguise.

I want Pym and then Ultron first.

+1..i just dont see the point of janet Pym in the MCU. I get she's one of the original memers and lead them at some point but her abilities seem pretty damn redundant on this team imo. I'd rather have black widow or carol denvers any day

Ultron is probably my favorite Avengers villain. When, or if, they ever bring him into the movie universe, I think he deserves his own movie. He shouldn't be a throw in character or lackey for a bigger threat. He's a big enough threat on his own and incorporating his origin would make for an awesome film.

Here's hoping we finally get an Antman movie so when Avengers 2 rolls around Janet, Pym, and maybe a pre evil Ultron have already been introduced.

today is "Stan the Man" Lees birthday. Happy birthday to one of the greatest comic creators of all time!! This man is 89 years YOUNG today!!!God bless Stan and his family. I hope I can meet him before he is gone. You can hear in his voice that Stan has a real zest for life. I await his cameo in Avengers as well!!! Excelsior!!!!
