Why did Thor go with this fugly costume for the Marvel vs DC miniseries, anyway?

IDK, just make it go away. lol The horror.....lol

IMO Thor looks bad*** no matter what he's wearing. :)
Agreed... and no matter what he's not wearing either....

Get your minds out of the gutter! I'm talking about his shirtless scene in Thor :oldrazz:

*now wondering if we'll get any decent Thor or Cap (preferably Thor) shirtless scenes in Avengers*

Sorry... having a bit of a fangirl moment

Well this a dilemma. I want to know a lot but not everything, lol To pre-order this but get it before I see the movie, that would be a bit much. "Avengers: The Art of Marvel's the Avengers: This item will be available on May 2, 2012" Darn it, that's gonna be hard to resist for 2 days! I got the Art of Thor, and loved it, def getting this!

Wait, doesn't Aquaman sometimes share that look?
Yeah.

Aquaman and Thor were actually bros in "JLA/Avengers". It's too bad Marvel and DC turned their friendly competition into an actual rivalry, because I'd love the sequel they alluded to in the original mini's ending.

Huh?

Last I remember it was in bits and pieces after Thor obliterated it...

Apparently, Hawkeye also did a follow up on the stick-up that Coulson prevented, and was driving to the town with the rest of SHIELD when Thor was fighting Destroyer.

Also, Black Widow was present during the Campus scene in TIH, and also arrested Sterns when he started mutating (or at least just [blackout]shot him in the knee during an epic villain speech[/blackout]).

the second black out part: :lmao:

Nothing revealing, but sheds light on the ship/monster debate. Seems to be both.

My friend Gio whom we visited in San Fran @ ILM, was the supervisor 4 the monster @ the end of the Avengers trailer. He also built the Hulk!

That shield agent is pointing an RPG at the destroyer and it's not a foot away from him.mlol

hmm. Interesting. Think that was meant in a literal sense?
Edit: Wait....both, like a monster in armor?

The Leviathan's an organic (at least that's what it looks like) beast which also functions as a 'ship', in that it transports the alien army. Watch some of the more recent trailers and you'll see the Leviathan as a beast/monster and also a transport for the aliens when they jump from it down to the streets and also into a building.

Ah. Ok, Saw the aliens hitch'n a ride and all, but never really "speculated" as to what the leviathan actually was. :cwink: Thank you for your explanation. :yay:
