As the date on the first manip hints, most of those choices were favoured years ago. I think the ship has probably sailed on most of them, now.

Nicolas Cage as Jim Gordon.... that's actually interesting.. Cage needs to be redeemed, and he's a huge comic fan

He was redeemed in my eyes before that, but as far as the internet is concerned, he is a joke. Haven't you seen the constant Nicolas Cage jokes on reddit and 4chan?

I've never liked that Joker for some reason.

I think the "model" underneath it is a bit soft of countenance. But the costume is excellent, and I like the more natural approach to the makeup.

    Costume and make-up are amazing.
And I really want Classic Joker this time. Permawhite, no permasmile (like Nicholson), no cut-smile (like Ledger). Costume like the one above, fedora, gimmicks and all the stuff. The real Clownprince of Crime.

It would be nice; it has never been seen on film before.

Yeah. And why do you have to re-design a perfect character?

Literally couldn't said it better myself. I want Joker to look and be Joker. I loved Nicholson's and Ledger's Jokers equally, but I really want the permawhite clown who puts on lipstick and kills people either by a gun or by laughter.

I agree with those above. Although I enjoyed both Nicholson's '89 Joker and Ledger's TDK Joker.

By now this would be my casting:

    Bruce Wayne/Batman - Ethan Hawke
    Alfred - John Cleese
Joker - Joseph Gordon Lewitt (if you've seen Hesher you'd perfectly understand this decision)
Harley Quinn - Lindsey Stirling (not actress but perfect for the role: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iPoWKOhZk...s/s1600/Lindsey+Stirling+0119a_8d10976_cr.jpg)
Poison Ivy - Marie-Josee Croze (http://www.cineol.net/galeria/fotos/marie-josee-croze_59718.jpg, in a kind of style like the Ma-Ma of Dredd: http://uthmag.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Ma-Ma.jpeg)
    Victor Zsasz - Christian Bale
Rha's Al Ghul - Jeremy Irons
    Talia - Jena Malone
James Gordon - Bryan Cranston looks great!
    Barbara Gordon - Mia Wasikowska
    Selina Kyle/Catwoman - Asia Argento

I still have to think about the rest of characters...

Whatever happened to him? He doesn't seem to have been in anything of note for over a decade.

Since he did Training Day back in 2001 he's not done much in the way of big movies, but I did enjoy him in Daywalkers, The Purge, Sinister, and Assault on Precinct 13. He also cameod in the Total Recall remake.

Hawke has become Mr. Indie Film as of late. Though that new movie with Selena Gomez looks a little odd cast choice wise, it still seems pretty dark.

If they were no Nolan trilogy Bale would be an amazing choice for Mr Zsasz.
After I read your suggestion "The Machinist" came right into my mind.

I really was thinking in American Psycho, I imagine Zsasz like a realistic version of Patrick Bateman...

John Sharian is perfect for both Tweedledee and Tweedledum:

American Psycho came into my mind, too. But from the look I imagined Bale in "The Machinist" (maybe not that thin). Really disturbing.

    Thanks. :yay:
But I want Joker without lipstick. "The Dark Knight Returns" is the only story he put it on as far as I remember. I am all for the classic look like in "The Killing Joke" etc.
