guess i might as well start it :yay: cant wait!

yeah, the art is a lot better than I expected. It's it the same voice from SMTAS?

I don't think it's the same voice.

Superman isn't acting very Superman-y though. Not wanting to join the league b/c he prefers to work alone.

It's the same voice from Justice League. It seemed that Batman and Superman's personality were switched with Batman joining the league and Superman wanting to work alone. lol

Now with Supes under Lex's control and about to fight Bats, this smells like an excuse to have Batman "beat" Supes

Excatly .

Just watched today's episode and...I liked it.

The violence was off the chain and unbelievably fast paced especially in the beginning when Metallo is beating the crap out of Superman. The violence was definitely THE BEST part of the episode. I wasn't digging the story all that much though because Metallo felt rushed into the beginning without any back story on Supes and his past. Another thing I didn't like was that Superman was getting his @$$ handed to him way too many times. The beginning when Metallo had the kryptonite and beating him up, then Black Mask taking his powers away temporarily, and finally the very end using kryptonite on Superman...again. Not alot of Superman beating up the bad guys. I did like at the very end left a cliffhanger and when Luthor said "bow down to me!" that just sounded so....well...Luthor and his bad@$$ness. My favorite character in this episode was BY FAAAR Luthor. Like k18 said Batman switched personalities with Supes with the whole Justice League thing which was kindof weird and annoying cause Superman acted like an @$$ during that but whatever. Another one of my favorite parts was when Clark enters Lois's room late at night and it ended up being Clayface! I was shocked...didn't expect for him to pop out of nowhere and kidnap her. My favorite scene.

If I had to rank today's episode on a scale from 1-10...it's a ... 7.8/10 which is GOOD. Not better then the season premiere of Season 4 but still enjoyable. I enjoyed Legion Of Superheroes Season 2 premiere more and there arc looks more interesting IMO. Next episode hopefully will kick it up a knotch.

That's how they make Bats look good ;)

The beginning was painful, but it got better

yea i personally enjoyed both legion and batman today. Yea they had the same voice actors for lois. jimmy, and justice league superman since i read when they were annouced to have another season they didnt have alot of time to do casting for voice actors and the formor justice league actors were free so they used them. Cant wait to see part two of both shows.

Obviously Bats is smart enough to keep some of the kryptonite with him. I doubt the lead case that Supes through into the sun had kryptonite in it. Batman doesn't have the balls to beat Superman without it and he knows it.

That was bad.I mean Supes just stands there as Lex opens up a container with unknown gases and does the whole supervillain talk?

Terrible.

Superman is near godlike. There is noone in Gotham that is in his league. Thus to make the storyline interesting they have to level the playing field by cheating.

Yes, but like 3 times in ONE episode? That got annoying and old IMO...

wth

so do they make Superman look like the badass in the show? That sucks :csad:

Thats kind of lame if all they are going to show is Superman getting his ass kicked 3 times in one episode haha.

Not true, Bats beat Sups in "Hush" not only with Kryptonite, but also with his brain (BATMAN tricked SUPERMAN twice during their battle while he was under Poison Ivy's control)

So I'm watching Legion of Superheroes and they made the clone Superman immune to Kryptonite, how friggin cheap lol.

How the hell do you stop him now?

I really like the new designs for Supes, Clark (looks a lot like Routh as Clark) Lois, Jimmy, and Lex. Not too fond of the one for Mercy, but everything else is looking good. It's great to hear the same actors in their respective roles. It adds a sense of continuity to it which is always cool.

Anyone know who's voicing the rest of the members of the League?

Looking at next week's episode..............it's kind of "dark knight returns"like.

I thought the episode was great. Glad to see Superman (not Superboy) back on the small screen.

Pretty good ep this morning. Superman being more of a loner and turning down JLA membership was a little surprising, but I liked the overall characterization. I thought Luthor was only going to recruit Bane, so seeing several members of Batman's rogues was definitely a bonus. I didn't care for the Mercy's redesign, but that was far outweighed for me by hearing Clancy Brown once again voice Lex. Can't wait for the conclusion next week.

I thought the episode was great too.

It is always nice to see Superman and Batman together. Next weeks episode is going to be awesome with Batman fighting Superman. Going to be nice to see brains beat brawn.

Or maybe Kryptonite beat down Superman ...AGAIN!:cmad::cmad::cmad:

sorry, I got annoyed by that...
