Now that the Flash suit has come out, my interest in how Batman's cowl turns out and the ability to turn his neck has returned.
They seem to have done an okay job of it - I assume the cowl can turn around a bit within the collar.
Whatever the case, his cowl's a lot closer to how I always imagined Batman's - in terms of how form-fitting and thinn(ish) is looks.
Not surprisingly given how similar their designs are anyway, but Gustin's suit looks very Daredevil-ish, it looks like that movie's costume with a full cowl and more fabric.

Am I the only one who never noticed Batman could not turn his neck? I only saw the Michael Keaton Batman movies and the Nolan Batman movies. I didn't see the other 2, but I still never noticed the neck.
You never noticed how he had to turn his entire upper body, when he tried to face left or tight?
Oh cool! I hadn't seen the suit in the light of day yet...this color is actually a lot better than the promo picture! The one thing is that Gustin looks even younger with the suit on IMO - not sure why, but he looks like a 15 year old...oh well. Other than that, I think it works pretty darn well! Good job WB- can't wait to see the show!
Just posting pics for comparison...

The cap suit really would have been perfect if it'd had the helmet from Cap 2 with the better mask sculpt and exposed ears - and maybe some crisscross armour tiling (like Thor's arms) on the upper torso.
