Has anyone considered that the suit may be blue and grey, like Jim Lee's actual Hush suit? It would explain the lack of contrast between the chest symbol and the body of the suit, just sayin...

Was wondering that....hey double points if they have the balls to do that. I'm thrilled.

Or charcol and regular gray at best that's what I'm leaning towards

I have a feeling it will be blue (darker) and grey (darker) with some black like the belt.

It definitely 100% fits in the Man of Steel universe. I'm still waiting for a color photo to fully review it.

Y'know, I actually don't care if he can't properly move his neck. I actually like the whole body turn. It's almost like it's its own character in and of itself. It's cemented as the ''bat turn'' for me.

The whole body turn is unrealistic for fight scenes. If Batman has to turn his body to gain momentum against his opponent, by the time he completes the turn, the opponent will already either clock him, or move.

It's like a cross between his Hush look and his TDKR suit. I love it.

Understandable. I think it would have looked a bit cooler if they went with a bit of yellow.

I dunno about that...I've never had a problem with it, but I don't miss it. The suit looks more...uniform, I guess, without it.

Now show us the new Superman suit!!

I don't think we're getting a new one - at least not one that's drastically different than the one we already have.

this suit would look out of place in Nolan's gotham. it wouldnt work.

i pray praaaay that 13 old boys will for 2 years explain in detail that this is Affleck's body and not a bodysuit. anyone as excited as me?

To be fair, it looks like fabric over armor. And I love it!

They look like pouches to me. The fact that they're all different sizes is great because he'll be able to fit a number of different tools in there. Including shark repellent.

Yeah they look like pouches or containers it's just to me they don't look like they can hold much of anything. They look slightly bigger than Nolan's pouches/containers and if I remember correctly back in Batman Begins when Bruce opened one it looked like all it could hold was a pack of cards.

Carry an arsenal? It's a belt.

It's a belt that should carry enough batarangs, bolos, grapnel guns, flashbangs, smoke bombs, rope, etc to save Gotham. We may have gotten a suit and cowl that are pretty comic accurate but IMHO we have yet to nail down the belt.

I love the cowl and cape. And the friggin gloves. The gloves are perfect. I also dig the belt too. No leotard but that's par for the course I guess...I ain't gonna complain though. Still looks perfect.

So.....I'm impressed by the suit. I can honestly say this is the first thing about this whole project that I've been excited about!
It reminds me of the dark knight returns suit or that one episode of TAS when the kids were talking about the time they saw batman and one had a HUGE batman with small ears!

I'm liking so far!

I hope there's a bit of blue/violet tinge to the darker color. Always like the JL animated version.

The problem with doing the belt in a live action film is you can't have the pouches too big or it comes off a bit impractical.
