Well can anyone take a shot and guess what material the bat suit's made of. Cause to me it looks like some sort of fabric but I 'm not sure if its some other material made to look like fabric...
Aside from the obvious FM inspired design,a lot of people here are comparing it to the jim lee bat suit, but to me it looks more like the bat suit greg capullo draws, specially the texture.

I love the suit. It's one of the best. Though, the only thing I wish is that there was more originality. It literally looks like Batman jumped straight out of the comics. For some people, that's a dream come true. For me, and I'm just being completely honest, I wish the suit stood out a bit more.

It seems they heard me when I was complaining about those crappy shots of the trinity suits we had yesterday (that lighting...).
Now it looks gorgeous.
I hope we'll have the Superman suit next.

Yeah, I don't see any bronze on the knuckles in the bleacher video. Just the belt. The thumb knuckle is kind of hard to see though. At one point it looks like it could be a lighter metallic colour than the other knuckles (Pause on 1:26)

The thumb knuckle does look a bit like polished brass in that shot. There is a similar thing in front of the toes. I wonder whether it has something to do with the method by which the suit is displayed, rather than the makeup of the suit itself.

'Terrible' diminishes all the hardwork, style and success most of the previous batsuits had so please no... it's a great, new batsuit, no need to cast shadows on something that contributed to it's latest evolutionary step.

I don't think you can really claim the black rubber armour suits were evolutionary predecessors, as the BvS suit represents a deliberate break with their approach. The MoS costume is a much clearer influence.

I have fondness for all the non-Schumacher Batman movie suits, but this one definitely appears to be the best.

I'd probably agree. Still want to see better shots of Affleck wearing the suit in BvS, but it does look the closest to the comics without looking goofy like Adam West's costume. Seeing the shots of the costume from the trailer I can get the Arkham Asylum comparisons. He does look massive in it.
