I don't get it. It's just a coat though. How can he honor Gordon by wearing it? And it all brings up questioning how he even got the coat.

On the topic of the mech suit, it's not just Killer Croc that he may have used it against.

He may have used it against Bane, whom he's surely faced in this universe.

I disagree, don't get me wrong... I liked the concept art very much but I think that Cavill, Affleck and Gadot look far better as Supes, Bats & WW, compared to the concept artwork.

I think their respective suits have also been modified a bit.

I love how the cowl looks sleek and animalistic rather than utilitarian as suit did in nolan's films The Dark Knight & TDKR. It kinda reminds me of Bale's first cowl from Batman Begins in which the cowl was more like the comic books.

I think the bodysuit itself looks almost exactly the same, other than the proportions of the model. The cowl is the biggest difference. The ears slop inwards, the nose is a bit different, and of course, the lenses.

Overall, I prefer the real version. Not a fan of the lenses in live-action, and I think the ears look better.

Why is Gordon dead?

It's another one of those rumors that some people are taking as fact and it keeps propagating around boards like this.
