it looks almost identical to the cowl/cape set up on the suit itself, so I'd say the odds are high

If I can post a picture, I can confirm that the cape has tattered, scalloped edges. Not the cape on the armored suit, though.

It actually looked like leather to me, lol. I'm 100% sure it's leather or something synthetic that looks the same. The armored suit's cape was a super heavy cloth, almost like canvas.
