Looks like batman's comic costume is going full classic trunks and all. So I guess the new costume in doomsday clock got scrapped.

That confirmed?

Because I know that when Doomsday Clock kicked off, and it was intended to be year-long, all the other books would, at the time the book ended, have been led to the point where the series began. Now that there's an issue only every other month, I imagine all that stuff has been delayed a bit. If this costume change is coming up soon, maybe the oval is just a little further out on the horizon.

Yeah, I think the new/old suit is basically a placeholder while they're waiting for the Doomsday Clock suit, and he gets to be in something more classic for Detective Comics #1000.

I'm willing to be proven wrong, but I feel like the only way you can really pull off the blue and grey is if the blue is so dark that it ends up looking black anyway.

I think it ultimately depends on the color grading of the film. I couldn't imagine a blue/grey suit in naturalistic grading like what you see in the Nolan films. But I can easily see it working very well in a blue-graded film like the Blade Runner films.

The only thing I really want changed from the Batfleck-suit iteration is a slight blue tint in the black, and white lenses. Not sonar-lenses. Permanent white lenses.

Good suggestions, for the main body suit I´d like they use the tone of gray from BvS suit, they darkened the gray too much in the JL suit.

I'd like to retain the black and grey color scheme, but if it looks more tactical I hope it looks more like lee bermejos batman.
