I’m about to go watch TDK again

This is not horrible but I’m also not blown away. The general idea of the suit is working for me, there are a few minor details that I’m not feeling. The gauntlets and the cowl are just not clicking for me right now.

For as much is the hardcore comic book stan boys complain about the Nolan suit being overly designed and busy.

It’s the only one out of all the suits, that actually looks bad ass and really intimidating in real life not with Hollywood production lighting. Even in broad daylight. As seen there. That thing looks menacing.

I saw that Begins suit up close in real world context, not at night, but it still looked imposing af.

Most of these other ones nearly look damn right goofy without movie production lighting and editing.

Nolan still DA GOAT of this comic book movie game ish.

While it is a stunt suit, it still gives us enough of an idea of the overall concept of the suit itself. The final suit will likely be a little less baggy and more form fitting, with a sleeker cowl.

So far, the only thing about it that I really love about it is the chest/torso area and design.

That's the actual "hero" suit and that's actually Christian Bale.

Stunt suits are inherently rougher and more padded than the "hero" suits. They don't have to hold up to as much scrutiny and they have to give the stunt performers some extra protection. This is nothing new.

I genuinely love the suit and I’d be completely happy with it being THE suit but the more I see it the more I’m convinced that it’s a first/prototype suit.

Yes, but Pattinson's hero suit will presumably be more form-fitting (at least to his physique) and of higher quality.
