Ok, so ... Nolan’s Bats was basically using advanced, sleek looking prototype but too expensive militaristic body armor.

Militaristic but it still retained a level of sexy organic-ness or subdued-ness in a more traditional looking Batman look.

This literally looks down and dirty tactical. Less techy or expensive. Baggy in spots even. Possibly more flexible, but to me it looks a lot like an armor plated version of Cap America’s suit from the MCU flicks. Honestly.

I hope the “hero version” cowl, and ears look better. Because as of right now I’m truly meh on the way it looks. Eye holes are BIG as hell like bug eyes. He’s going to need to use even more apparent eye makeup to make it blend honestly.

The best Batsuit would be the Ben Affleck suit with a different mask that has longer ears. I liked that it was grey and it looked great.

The hero suit will no doubt look 10x better. That baby will be used in close ups and to sell Pattinson to the main public. Not to mention a lot of this stuff gets polished in post. Reeves is doing a hell of a job so far.

And you're right. This does have a Mad Max-y vibe to it.

Yeah, the stunt double suits are a stepdown from the ''hero'' suits, especially when doing these kinda stunts. I would imagine they have a bunch of different suits and cowls for different scenes and whatnot. Not to mention the extra safety protection they wear here. A good glimpse of the final form tho, but only a taste.

I like how raw and mean this looks. Solid Snake mixed with Mad Max by way of Batman.

Still, the BvS suit for me won't be surpassed anytime soon. That was the suit I always wanted to see and I got it.

Wow this suit is unreal. Still the best. I hoped reeves could beat this but nope.

Still hope this movie can be the best. My anticipation has gone down a bit.

Why does the cowl remind me of Wagner’s Batman

They look floppy with lack of definition or “hardness” haha in this stunt cowl. But the shape and length could wind up being Kane / Gaslight esque

Man now would be the time for us to get a full reveal of Pattinson in the suit because even though I don't dislike these new set pics they just look awkward IMO. I will say though there are definitely aspects that I like about, especially how much the Ben Affleck looking stunt guy looks like a spot on Batman from something like BTAS with that perfect chin. It's also pretty dope how much it resembles the rough and gritty suits from Gotham by Gaslight and Batman Zero Year with the bulkiness of it and the shape and design of the mask with the eyes, but now I just want to see an official photo of it in HQ with Pattinson dawning it.

Blue and grey is legit stupid for the character. I don’t buy the navy mixed with grey is more concealing either ... all matte black is the most stealthy you can get. End of story.

Don't wanna say this is my least favorite Batsuit based on a stunt suit but it's even MORE utilitarian and tactical than even Nolan's suits. Dude looks like he straight up ordered tactical body armor and then shoddily put the whole thing together in his garage..it's definitely among my least favorite of cinematic Batsuits.

I hope the "Hero" suit looks better. It seriously reminds me of this
